on saturday i ran my third fastest 5k just to come first in a parkrun
yesterday morning i cycled 30km at 30km/h with the local cycling group to spend some time with friends
after my ride i joined some other friends for a 5km walk
yesterday afternoon i ran a 13km long run with hills to start working towards a marathon
and after my run i went to the gym to do some arms + a little bit of legs
today i'm a little bit sore!
i don't make a habit of this - and i don't think i'm about to start 🙂↕️
