Figured I would share my favorite quick and easy safe food:
Microwave egg white omelettes!
All you gotta do is crack two egg whites in a mug
Add whatever veggies you want
And microwave for around 90 seconds or until done!
I love this. It’s so good and is only around 35 calories! Such a great staple for breakfast

One half whole wheat thinwhich - 50
One tablespoon pasta sauce- 8
One tablespoon mozzarella cheese-22
Cook in oven toaster. So good. You can add veg too. Or use less cheese to cut down on cals more. One tablespoon is very cheesey. I woke up with a pizza craving and this satisfied it. For a fraction of a calories. So happy!
Crustless Pumpkin Pie - 55kcal/1.2g protein
Servings: 8 slices - 55kcal/1.2g protein per slice
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup flour, such as spelt, oat, white, sorghum, or almond
1/3 cup sugar of choice or xylitol
pinch uncut stevia OR 2 extra tbsp sugar
1 15-oz can pumpkin puree
¾ cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
2 tbsp oil, or omit and increase milk to 1 cup
1 tbsp flaxmeal OR 2 tsp cornstarch (can be omitted if pie will be served in a bowl)
2 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 400 F, and grease a 10 or 9-inch round pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, and stir very well. In a separate bowl, combine all liquid ingredients with the flax, and whisk.
3. Pour wet into dry, stir to combine, then pour into the pan and bake 35 minutes. (It’ll still be gooey after baking, but that’s ok.)
4. Allow to cool completely before transferring uncovered to the fridge to “set” for at least 6 hours before trying to slice.

It depends oh how much you weigh so different people will get different results.
But dont be disappointed if you dont burn as many of kcals as you want to during this, just keep working baby!

“Disordered Eating” Things
- Simultaneously eating like a normal person and mentally lashing yourself for it.
- Not eating when you feel angry or sad, but then a few hours later you eat a bag of chocolate marshmallows because you somehow convince yourself it doesn’t count.
- “I shouldn’t have done that”
- Looking at thinspo at night and crying because you feel ugly
- The 5th grader pitch screaming in your head as you take another bite of food.
- a week of super healthy eating and working out followed by two weeks of unhealthy eating
- constantly shifting of wanting to look like a toned fitness model, to a thicc slim, to a skeleton fairy
- *eating something* *someone comments on the thing you are eating* *stops eating thing* *50/50 chance you may eat it later*
- oh yeah, random moments of eating something before spontaneously destroying the food or tossing it
- “Okay, after this weekend, I’m fasting”
- wishing you were anorexic knowing you shouldn't
- body dysmorphia
- Calling it disordered eating because you don’t feel deserving of calling it an ed
don’t know how much water to drink? divide your weight (in pounds) by 2, then drink that many ounces. buying a cute water bottle can also make it easier!!
drinking water keeps you feeling full and helps reduce water retention so stay hydrated!
