I've unfortunately been informed late of the current global strike for Palestine, so I couldn't participate from the 21st of January, but I will be doing so now. In solidarity for Palestine, I won't be posting or reblogging anything other than awareness regarding Palestine for this week. I'd also like to encourage you to also participate if feasible and to help out in whatever other way you can.

If you have the financial means, you can donate to Medical Aid for Palestinians, Anera, Doctors Without Borders, Islamic Relief or any other charities listed here, here and here.

eSims are important since they allow Palestinians to connect with their families and get updates on the war while the internet is cut off, so if you are able to, you can donate via eSims for Gaza.

And even if you can't do any of the above (which is completely understandable), there are other actions you can do to support Palestine that don't involve finances. Updating yourself on news about the war, talking about it with your friends and family, learning about the history that preceeded the war (you can also learn more in the BBC, the Guardian, ABC News, and honestly Wikipedia can be a good source), creating art to spread the message and even simply reblogging and commenting your support for Palestine will undoubtly be helpful.

Keep reminding people that this is happening and that this needs to end. And for the love of god, don't give up hope. Humanity has time and time again been resilient to those who wanted to exterminate them. If Palestinians – if people – aren't giving up to be here, then we should be there for them too.
