“I’ve waited a hundred years—I would wait a million more for you.”

I do not have the words to express how excited both myself and @goghwilde are for their book; their journey. From strangers to friends and on the pathway to lovers, what Azriel and Gwyn have is very special. I cannot wait to immerse myself in their love story! (I also cannot wait for Azriel to realize that everything he’s ever wanted has been right in front of him this whole time)

A story built off of friendship, of mutual respect, of trust, of believing in one’s self and experiencing self worth. Two individuals that experienced the depths of the darkness and sought the light—that which exists within the combination of their yin and yang, of shadow and light.

I want to give a massive thank you to @jacqueillustrates for this stunning masterpiece! I could not have worked with a more spectacular artist for this piece. You have created something so very special!

The tragedy of losing a home, but the opportunity to build another. Home is, as they say, where the heart is.

I always wondered what Lucien may have felt when he reached the end of Elain’s bond, and what Elain may have meant when she said that all she needed was sunshine. A future built off of the backs of two people seemingly lost in this world who found their way to one another. (Ft. Grandpa’s sunshine)

I LOVE it when artists depict a very clear dynamic between lovers, so much so that I could literally ship that couple without even knowing them. I hope I’ve managed to draw enough of the kind of dynamic I envision for Elucien. It’s not the full scope of what I imagine them to be like, but certainly a chunk of it!

And also… I heard that the people who voice Elain and Lucien both ship Elucien. If that’s true, I‘m gonna scream. You know how the voice actor of Zuko made a fan audio in which Zuko confesses his love for Katara? I need something like this for Elucien 😭
