My baby niece will turn 4 at the end of this month but it's hard for anyone to get that excited because her grandpa has been given a month or two tops left to live due to his stomach cancer.

I'll be visiting her for her birthday (and to help out her parents and my grandma for a bit with stuff since everyone is pretty depressed with the whole situation), and I wanted to get her a birthday gift since she rarely gets gifts from anyone but me (and I doubt she will even be getting a birthday party this year, due to the whole situation with her grandpa), but with the bills expiring next week I don't really have any spare money.
