This month in Warhammer time - July 2025

This month again not a lot done due to shoulder giving me grief but hopefully that should be getting resolved.

For anyone who doesn't know I play for team Wales for the old world and involved with Warhammer groups in north Wales. I've been asked to switch from wood elves to Vampire counts for our upcoming tournament in September so I've been slowly building an army that fits the list that they want playing, I had already bought a 2k army of VC but instill needed a few Mortis engines. This one i painted recently will be my Mortis engine.

Also played a game vs the new Cathay with my wood elves, which was fun! And had attended a low fantasy rules tournament with my VC.

This month in Warhammer time June 2025

Again shoulder is still in a great deal of pain, not even been in work recently due to it. Endured the pain a bit, started working on a baggage train and some more terrain as the wood elves woods got made smaller in the new FAQ.

Also started selling my Tyranids so have spent a bit of time getting rid of those, unable to get rid of the carnifexes they are taking a while to sell.

Made some progress on the base coat on one of the submissions for the painting competition, I have 2 more months so hopefully I'll finish that at least.

Warhammer time (Late) May 2025

Unfortunately my shoulder is out of action at the moment, so progress has been slow painting when I'm not in a great deal of pain.

Got some good air brush practice in tho, and am working on some minis for a painting competition!

This month in Warhammer time April 2025

This month been pretty slow, played in a tournament that in the end only had 4 people attending, I won but mainly due to break point!

Painted up/it bashed a new glade captain on a stag!

And played a big 3v3 1500pt per player game, which was fun and was good to meet some new people!

This month in Warhammer time - March 2025

This month I went to a TOW tournament which I came like 6th /12 in.

I finally got around to painting my eternal guard who are now also based as well!!

And I spent a good week painting the old Orion sculpt, now he has rules coming soon!

And picked up this metal stag beatle, maybe a mount for a wood elf for a captain on stag?
