Dear people, the aim for this week is to raise awareness of mental health. Therefore we would like to claim our total support of the action. Future Media have been working for almost a year on a mental health series – as we believe film has huge potential to reach others and tell them more about not only more prevalent issues such as depression, anxiety or anorexia, but also share some tips how to help person next to you and yourself in such moment of your life (yeah that's only a moment)! It might sound trivial but it is not. We are still ashamed about mental issues as a society. It should not be that way. Just for today, remember that your emotions, past, and current struggles should be accepted by yourself in order to move on and not something to be embarrassed of. If you need professional help ask for it! A Wellbeing service is as important as medicine! We are composed by soma and psyche (and a soul!) that need equal support and care. Additionally, be reassured that there is always a path that leads you to better place, no matter what is happening right now. Think about yours. Where you can rest, relax and forget about negative things? Take a walk each day, even in rain; rain is as purifying as sun! See how beautiful nature is! Take deep breath and smile.
