The story continues... part 3... My family and I pump our bodies full of this super food nutrition and Kelly and I really do our homework and learned about nutritional cleansing... OH MY GOODNESS! Lightbulb!!! Without hesitation we add that into our journey to health freedom as well! Days into this all we realize how incredible our bodies were actually made to feel! Energy! Alertness! Joy! Ease in the day! Workouts were a breeze! Recovery time was faster! My mile time got faster and I wasn't even trying haha! All of a sudden, we woke up and realized, we beat the alarm clock... we woke up before the kids.. on a weekend!!! When the kids asked to play, we never thought twice.. we just jumped up to play! We were the parents, I was the Mommy, I had always wanted to be! My little girl said to me a few weeks into this all, "mommy, I want to be just like you when I get big. I want to run fast like you and have pretty muscles". DING DING DING!!!! Did you just see that!?! My baby girl, 4 years old, wants PRETTY MUSCLES!!! Yes. We are doing something right! :) Not only that, but Kelly and I started dating again... yes, married people can date eachother, it's actually SUPER important ;) we found the energy to go have fun together again!!! To explore new hobbies and laugh together! Such a huge blessing!!! But as you can tell, this wasn't just physical health that was being transformed...my mind, emotions, clarity, and outlook on life morphed into true positivity! As I reflected on all the blessings this simple change had brought our family I started to really dream BIG again!!! I started to realize, while dating my husband, I missed him during the day. I didnt get married so I could spend time with him a bit each night (when hes not traveling) and some on the weekends. So I decided to.....
