My love for this character, the series and books is big and my obsession stays. Fingers crossed for still a third season...
I'm also a huge Daniel Brühl fan.

Dr. Laszlo Kreizler, the man with the best eye expression
The face he makes is just...
One of the many scenes that breaks my heart each time I watch it. When Laszlo's sad, I'm sad
Little by little (1890) unknown author
Little by little the time goes by- Short, if you sing through it, long, if you sigh. Little by little -an hour a day. Gone with the years that have vanished away. Little by little the race is run; Trouble and waiting and toil are done! Little by little the skies grow clear; Little by little the sun comes near; Little by little the days smile out, Gladder and brighter on pain and doubt; Little by little the seed we sow Into a beautiful yield will grow.
Laszlo: They won’t be finished for quite some time. I thought we might get dinner somewhere.
John: How can you think of eating now?
Laszlo: I don’t recall you being so delicate.
John: I’m afraid once seen, those images will remain forever in my head.
Laszlo: That’s what I admire about you, john. You represent the good that people want to believe is in all of us. That’s why people like you more than they do me.
John: Why must you push away those who care for you? To bring you pleasure or pain?
Laszlo: The question you should be asking is not why I push you away, but why you stay?
John: Button your own boots.
“One Look is Worth a Thousand Words”
John: Syphilis!
Laszlo: I beg your pardon?
This always puts a smile to my face
Mrs. Williams: Of all the stories I told you when I was your patient, which ones wormed their way into your mind, kept you up at night?
Oh, come, doctor. I don’t believe you were completely unmoved.
Laszlo: I found your accounts of men’s vulnerabilities in particular interesting.
Mrs. Williams: My accounts of men’s vulnerabilities?
Laszlo: I recognized my own weakness, and it gave me pleasure.
Mrs. Williams: Then there’s your answer. If your friend enjoys inflicting wounds, there’s a good chance he has wounds of his own. The cripple in him is looking for the cripple in another.
Laszlo: Forgive me madam. Thank you for your help.
The stress and hesitation on his face, before entering this building.

Laszlo: Tell me what you saw.
John: Tell you? It’s all right there, I’ve drawn it for you
Laszlo: You’ve idealized it. This looks like a martyred saint in a renaissance painting, Not a mutilated child. It’s no use to me.
John: Well if that’s what you think of my work, why did you drag me away from a perfectly good evening. To Witness a sight that will probably stay with me for the rest of my life?
Laszlo: Because I need to see what you saw. I need your help in this matter John.
Amazing artwork

John: She’s not as strong as she’d like you to believe.
Laszlo: John, please. Do not let your affection for miss howard get in the way of logic.
John: My affection? My god. Do you never tire of the sound of your own voice?
