My Sunday Brunch at home today. I have been off-track with taking care of my health lately, so I'm choosing to practice self-compassion and self-care, starting with a fiber-filled brunch, which consists of banana, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, gala apple, and mixed nut butter; in the Christmas Yoda mug is Trader Joe's Maple and Brown Sugar Naturally Flavored Instant Oatmeal with diced apples on top and one tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Getting some fiber and some plant biodiversity in for the day.
