2017 is about to come to a close and it’s making me really take some time for reflection. This year seemed to go by in a blink, an emotional out of control blink. Not only did the world seem full of hate, the people in my life at the beginning of this year were hateful and destructive as well. But I’ve grown, I’ve traveled and I’ve learned. I’ve realized what’s important to me, and it’s this. Making art and realizing the art in the world around us is what makes all the bad worth it. So my resolution for the year is to make even more. To not be afraid to take make mistakes, to not be afraid of judgement and to not be afraid of putting everything I am into what I create. 🖤
