Bit of motivation for your Wednesday morning!! In the left picture, Chris weighed in at 81.5kg, he always trained & ate well but was unable to cut up and loose that excess body fat. In total awe of this planet right now 😍 Mother Nature turned it on for my bootcamp session tonight! What's even better, just moments after finishing, I could simply hop in my car, drive 1 minute down the road, jog 100m up a hill and was in a conservation park with this freaking view!!! Seriously this has left me smiling from inside out...
