I've been practicing hot yoga for about a month now and I love the physical, strength building aspect of it, but I also love the mental and spiritual side. I always leave the studio feeling lighter and more centered! The other day, while holding a pose that was rather difficult, the yoga instructor said “remember, nothing lasts forever.” That stuck with me because I've never heard that phrase used in that way before. I’ve always felt like that phrase had a negative connotation. Like nothing good could possibly last forever. But bad things, or difficult times won’t last forever either.
