I did end up making a few minor changes to Corvin’s design. His hair, eyes, and tattoos have all been changed, but the overall design is still the same. They’re pretty subtle changes, but I think they fit him better. Let me know what you think!

Hi! I found you on tiktok and I'm excited to play the game once its finished! I wanted to ask how old Corvin is, if you're willing to share? I'm a bit older (almost thirty) and would personally feel a little weird playing a game intended for younger folks (even tho it is pixels... still)

Hi! Thank you for asking! Corvin is 26. I completely get what you mean—I think it’d feel a little strange too if he were much younger, so I wanted the characters to be adults. Thank you so much for checking out my Tumblr <3 and for your interest in the game. I hope you enjoy it once it’s finished!

A lot of people on TikTok have pointed out that Corvin looks similar to characters like Ren, Sol, Misaki, and Geo. Honestly, that wasn’t intentional, and I didn’t really see the resemblance while designing him.

Because of that, I’ll be redesigning him a bit—not enough to make him a completely different character, but enough to help him stand out more on his own.

I’ll be sharing different design concepts on my TikTok (@Lavakitt) and seeing which version people like best!

Right now I’m working on backgrounds and character designs (not just Corvin’s!) while my friend fully finishes the script. I’m hoping to release the VN within the next 1–2 months, possibly sooner!
