Deputy to C.I Sievert, the harried Rust often finds herself juggling de facto leadership of the Ciphers’ first squad against her own duties as squad deputy, due to her superior’s frequent disregard for anything other than his lust for sorties. Always exasperated at having to answer to C.II Dokem for ultimate command of the Ciphers, she at least has C.V-SQ Baxter to lean on for emotional support. Despite her weariness, Rust continues to maintain a meticulous operations log to support her reports to C.II, all while attempting to smooth over her superior’s missteps before they reach the attention of ConVex controllers. Nothing ever goes quite perfectly, but she has the courage to weather the job.

Her AC, LIONSHEART, is a slightly modified light blue and brown stock ConVex model with twin vertical plasma missile launchers and dual-wielded stun pistols. Fittingly for her callsign, its plating is quite oxidized.
