origin error code 327682:12  (The Sims 4)

I can barely repair my game. It takes hours. It uses 100% of my CPU. Occasionally, this error code pops up, killing the whole process. When that happens, even if you let it continue, it won’t finish. And when you open origin again, the repair is there, waiting to auto start so you can go through the whole nightmare again. 

I had to uninstall origin to get it to stop. I spent hours in frustrated tears because this program failed, repeatedly. And when I took it to EA, they tried to blame everything but themselves. Open more ports. Check your firewall. Etc, etc. The community manager, Darko, stopped responding weeks ago. 

So my point is, if you’ve also had this problem, please go add your voice to the error report [HERE] by hitting ME TOO. I know I’m not alone. At least five other simmers in my personal circle have experienced this as well. Let’s get this brought to their attention and get it fixed!

Quick PSA: For a language as tricky to learn as Japanese, learning its basic pronunciation is actually fairly simple. A quick google search will tell you what you need to know about how to pronounce vowels and a couple quirky consonants (like “r”).

Between all the willfully obtuse mispronunciations (which are a form of microagression, fyi) and western-style homes dressed up in Japanese wallpapers and swatches I’m seeing in early access content, my intense excitement for this pack is quickly turning to embarrassment. (As if I need another reason to be embarrassed to be an American in 2020. 😑) I get it, we’re not all experts. But at least try…?
