Joe ended up with parasocial fans because we are in the trenches with the most parasocial people in history. Some of us were those people.

Seeing Joe relaxed and joyful in those first pictures with Sarah was addicting. It's similar when he's with his friends. He was just himself without thinking too much.

But also Joe's second fandom spread that Joe broke up with Sarah because Joe doesn't like successful women. So people want proof they are still together. Or proof to show that fandom they are wrong about Joe. Nothing will change their minds of course, but Joe doesn't deserve the shit thrown at him by a multi-million fandom.

Most of us just want them to leave Joe alone.

I doubt they're gonna drop everything to be with each other beyond what they've already done. Joe spent a week in Sarah's apartment and she spent the same in London, it's a fine - serious - progression.

(then again, tbh, the last time I thought they were gonna be lowkey they showed up eating each other's faces at tick park so who tf knows 🤠🤠🤠)

If people are expecting to see sightings or pictures of Joe and Sarah, they are going to be waiting a very long time. There was a lot of talk of both of them in June due to Taylor’s wedding and Sarah’s potential Emmy nomination and it was lightning in a bottle for the paparazzi in Brooklyn and London. Just like how Harry and Tom were both chased by paparazzi during that time. And Joe seemed to have time off in June to spend time with her. I think with how much PDA there was, it had people thinking it was serious and they would go to Wimbledon together or spend more time with each other or Joe would be in LA for the Emmys, but that doesn’t seem likely and I doubt we see or hear about them again in 2026. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So that joealwyners X and Instagram account we have talked about before here that people should be rightfully wary about…anybody have an idea of why they are pretending not to be the old joealwyndrunk account? It’s obviously the same guy. They are asking where people are getting old pictures of Joe when he is the one who has dug around in social media and shared pictures. Which in turn has now made him act like he knows Joe’s friends.

I agree with the anon who said it’s probably casual. That makes the most sense. Can it be anything but casual if you live an ocean apart? It also explains his absence at Wimbledon, which he has a pattern of attending and would have made people think they’re in a relationship. It might turn into something more but I’m also not expecting to hear much about them anytime soon.

idk why or how you all are still surprised. Joe's fans have been like this since they were first spotted together. It awoke the parasocialness in most people. And now when they don't show up we have people making theories and being weird about them. It's like suddenly they think they are fans of a different person just because they have someone now. Joe is still Joe and if you are looking or wanting someone different i fear you just wanted a couple to ship. In that case, I recommend tuning a TV show instead

Joe knows know to hide. He went to the GQ Met Gala after-party, as did Sarah, but we got no pictures of him there.

It was mentioned in the page six article about Sarah and Lena Dunham from that date.

This fanbase is weird. They practically had Joe marrying Lorene, and we had nothing concrete about them. And they refuse to think Sarah is real at all when we have had Joe the happiest he has ever looked. And it was just raw sexy. That was real.

I'll die on the hill that at least the first sighting of Joe and Sarah was a real moment. You can just tell that Joe wasn't acting at all.

But Taylor's fans went after Sarah as a Taylor clone. No way Joe wanted that. Then the snark board made Ai edits of Sarah using the second sighting.

It's no wonder Joe went back into protection mode.

So true, i was one of those that said he would date a normie and we would only know anything when he show up with a wedding ring and a baby. Everything about this still blows me alway, when i think only like two months ago we knew nothing about his love life currently

Honestly, I think it’s gonna be even harder to see them together anytime soon. Those pap pics probably scared them off (plus all that AI nonsense), and they probably didn’t expect to get caught in London since it's usually a pretty safe zone for celebs. They’ll likely be way more careful and discreet now.

Sometimes reading the asks sent to you makes me wonder how someone as private as Joe still ends up w/ such parasocial fans. Just because you don’t see what he’s doing doesn’t mean he’s not out there living his life and he owes us nothing. Why is everyone making it such a huge deal?
