Leah Dizon: Good news for fans!

If you’re like me and are obsessed a die-hard fan of American-born former Japanese entertainment star and model, Leah Dizon, then here’s some good news!

After about 5 years of no posts, Leah Dizon’s blog was updated 1 hour ago with a new post titled “速報‼︎” or “breaking news!” (Screenshot below)

Translation: “Leah Dizon fans, we have happy news for you.

As of August 6th, publishing company Shueisha is now releasing digital copies of Leah’s photobooks Petite Amie and Hello Leah.”

If you follow Leah Dizon on Instagram or if you added her on Snapchat, you may have noticed that Leah was apparently back in Japan around last week. This seems to have been the reason for her return. (*note about her Instagram and Snapchat accounts: there are two Instagram accounts - a private account and a public account. It’s unclear if the public account is actually run by her or a fan who follows her on her private social media. Her Snapchat is also private.)

And, a little more good news… (screenshot follows):

The above screenshot from the blog post writes that Leah will be live streaming weekly for one hour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 PM (JST) via the streaming site UpLive.

It doesn’t seem to link to a specific channel on Uplive, but stay tuned!

Fans can stay updated by following her on her Ameblo here (rarely updated) or this public Instagram account here (quite frequently updated, in accordance to her own posts on private social media).

Update: I had no idea what Uplive was so I called it a “site,” but I guess it’s an app? And I think if you search “ リア・ディゾンch “ she comes up! I’m not sure yet since I haven’t tried it out.

Long time, no post!

Sorry I have been inactive for all this time. Unfortunately, my computer’s battery finally gave up on me last year and there’s no way for me to turn it on ever again unless I pay for it to be fixed completely... It’s probably 6 or 7 years old anyway, so I ended up buying a new computer... but this time I have a Mac, so my old software that I had been using to make gifs is no longer compatible. I tried alternatives like gimp, but things didn’t go well. It’s really frustrating, but at the same time, I think this blog has had a good run : ) 

I hope that the gifs I made and have posted here get some love and maybe in the future I’ll be back with more, but Leah also isn’t exactly active in the entertainment industry anymore either, so there are only a limited amount of gifs to create in the first place.

Anyway, I will keep the blog up because I like to look back on it and see all of the gifs that I’ve produced, as well as the ones that were contributed by a few others and the ones that were reblogged!

I just searched Leah Dizon in google -

And one of my gifs that I made way back when came up, but wasn’t linked to my @leahdizongifs tumblr, but instead to a site to search gifs, I guess.

I clicked on the link and all of the gifs posted there of Leah were all made by me and I felt kinda proud.

I originally made the leahdizongifs tumblr because there were only like 20 gifs of her total on the internet at the time (like …2011 or so)

And now most gifs you’ll find of her were probably made by me.
