I marinated this t-bone steak in Merlot and Worcestershire sauce w some rosemary for a few hours. Pan seared it in some butter. Medium well. WHY IS THIS STEAK THE BEST THING 😩 No A1 sauce 💅🏾 Served with diced golden potatoes with gravy, and a spinach & arugula salad tossed with walnuts, blueberries, black pepper, and a red wine raspberry vinaigrette dressing I made that's actually like a purée kinda. SO GOOD!

Madiba on BET & chill 🙃 Loaded Potato Soup: Peel and cube like 5 small to medium red (or yellow) potatoes. Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes until they're tender, then put them to the side. Melt about 1/2 a stick of butter, add 2 small chopped white onions. Add to the potatoes the onions some salt and pepper 2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened & unflavored) and some chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Put 1/2 of the soup in a blender and blend until smooth. Add blended soup back to the other half. Add in pre-cooked desired meats and any vegetables you desire. Top with cheese and green onion. Hot water honey dill cornbread: boil a cup of water. Then mix self rising cornmeal, thyme, dill, and a pinch of salt. Put some olive oil in and up your cast-iron skillet. Add boiling water and 2 tbsp of pure or organic honey. Mix it all together. Spoon out some batter in the skillet and fry a minute or 2 per side. #nom ! I will make the ham again and add the recipe w a pic later 🙃
