I feel so low lately.

Devoid of hope for a better tomorrow.

I feel like I’m drowning and I’m kicking with all my might but all my might isn’t enough to gain an inch.

I feel unworthy, I feel stagnant, I feel trapped in a life I never imagined for myself and I know with certainty time is passing.

My life feels like bouts of suffering with pockets of joy.

I miss joy.

So much trauma surrounds me and I’ve lost the will and the strength to continue to walk through it.

If you don’t move you die.
