i genuinely don’t think praying and reposting about climate change will do us any good anymore.😭 while i understand the dire need for positivity to fuel any change, it’s easily overshadowed with headlines such as this, bc they’re true and we find ourselves in a tough spot with this barely bearable heat.

one interesting quote i’ve seen on social media lately is that the planet will endure and survive, because it’s the planet of course, but we might be digging ourselves an even deeper hole.

but it’s totally fine, as long as people chat with ai chat bots for amusement, or refusal to do research themselves instead of asking chat gpt for every minor thing, right? apparently “just searching things on google takes as much water as asking chat gpt a question”, according to ‘much smarter’ people…

the issue with growing up in the 2000s and 2010s was like there was this really big push toward "accepting your weirdness" overall but they meant like idk wearing mismatched socks or something not being tangibly beyond the norm in any way shape or form

Black Flag

This year has been rough and particularly challenging (and continues to be), so I tried playing Assassin's Creed for the first time to live vicariously as a pirate lol (and because I found out the series is set in historical periods!). I went in blind and accidentally ended up playing the Kenways in chronological order: AC4, then Rogue, and then AC3! I love the Kenways. A happy belated birthday to Edward!
