I cut my hair. I immediately regretted it. Now I have to wait some like two years before my hair will be looking enough to try dreads again. :(

At some point, what seemed like overnight, I went from just having crazy unbrushed hair to having full blown, solid dreads. I feel like I can finally say, "I have dreadlocks" without feeling like a poser.

My three month dreadiversary came and went yesterday. My hair is super messy and ugly, and I don't feel well, so I didn't get any pictures. Maybe I'll do an update tomorrow.

It's more than just growing dreadlocks. It's learning to let go and not give a fuck about anyone's opinion. It's about loving yourself and being happy. That's a big part of what matters in this crazy world.
