The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter. And whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) for him in the world and the Hereafter.
And Allah is engaged in helping the worshipper as long as the worshipper is engaged in helping his brother.”
[Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1930]
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Glad-tidings to those who saw me and believe in me, and glad-tidings to who who believe in me and is not see me - seven times."

Being respectful is literally free and if done for the sake of Allah, you'll be rewarded. You don't have to come bearing gifts or constantly flatter people in order to avoid tension, just be decent. Be considerate in your speech. Everyone is going through one thing or another so bad akhlaq from people is just another grief to add to their mountain and if you want to avoid being held back from Jannah on the Siraat, don't be the reason of another Muslim's sadness.

You thought it was insignificant while it was,
in the sight of Allāh, tremendous.

Alhamdulillah for all the blessings that I take for granted
If you have a family that loves you, a couple of good friends, food on your table and a roof over your head, you’re richer than you think.
I hope beautiful things happen to you, and when they do, I hope you can believe you are worthy of every single one of them.
And indeed, your Lord is full of forgiveness for the people despite their wrongdoing

Umar (radiyAllahu ‘anhu) passed by a garbage dump and stopped there, and it was as if his companions were bothered by it (the stench). He said, ‘This is the world of yours which you are so eager for and you weep over.’
