The redhaired girl’s eyes widened when she realised it was Lee who’d been waiting for her outside. Now surely she’d never come out. How could she let Lee see her so weak? Lee’s words made her shake her head silently, sniffling; she didn’t understand. Didn’t she see? It wasn’t Lee that would leave Cammie, it was Cammie that would leave Lee— after what her parents walked in on that wouldn’t be the only punishment she’d receive. “I… I don’t like this.” Before the blonde could ask what she was going on about Cammie explained. “I don’t like being in here, hiding, so I’m going to come out and fix my makeup and you won’t notice the signs that I’ve been crying, okay?”
As Lee listened to Cammie in the stall, she couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt, as if it was all her fault that they were in this predicament. If only she hadn't f come on too strong all those months ago, then this wouldn't of happened. "As much as you want me to do that," she started, nervously running a hand through her teased blonde hair. "I can't, and I don't want to pretend like everything is alright... Shit, shit happens, but we can make this right..."
