Firstly I want to say that I miss my mom, 2026 marks the 4th year without her, she is present with me everyday and of course the grief comes in waves... yet we prevail

I've been going through the motions finding myself in pockets of survival mostly and I need that to change, I need to go back to the me I was before 2020 when surely every ones life changed.

I want so many things and to be so much..

Back in the 2010s I was out on the porch in the evening with a cold one and one of these flew up and got into my scarlett runner beans I had trellised along the wall. I totally thought it was a hummingbird at first.
