grey, looks like fire smoke? gasoline; the most combustable and dangerous. pull over and leave the vehicle, pray.

Make sure you get at least two hours of sunlight a day. We absorb it , turn it into energy and the rest is used to make iron for strong bones. Because of our melanin we’re one of the only races that literally eats the sun.

My doctor *black female btw* told me that black people have the highest rate of Vitamin D deficiency. Vit. D is produced naturally when the skin is exposed to sunlight without sunscreen, so we should have the upperhand but we still struggle! We’ve got to get outside y'all. Vitamin D: - fights depression ( which is already at extremely high rates for the black population) - helps resists diabetes and heart disease ( another health issue specifically prevalent in the black community) - and overall keeps your bones and skin healthy! ( if you want your skin to glow, fr go outside) We already have the world against us, we have to take care of ourselves!
