I’ve had quite a few birthdays, but I cannot remember a time in my life when I had a better one than today; 27 pretty much took the cake. I was able to spend a relaxing, happy, wonderful day with my two absolute most favorite people in the entire world. From the early morning sightseeing, to the spa; to driving up into the mountains in the beginnings of a winter storm, and the perfect amount of pumpkin cake with pumpkin & stout mousse.
