A Quick View of Messier 51 (M51) Whirlpool Galaxy
This spiral galaxy is one of my favorites! Checking my notes, my first visual observation of this galaxy was on June 29, 1978 using my Tasco 2.5” refractor telescope.  I used that telescope for years!
