Ok so here’s the survey! It’s about 25 questions but I had to break it up into different parts. Almost all the questions are multiple choice except maybe 2 or 3 so it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete. But I really wanted to get the experience of female baseball fans first hand so I figured this was the best way to go.
