took these pictures about two years ago or so. i love how these turned out. i always wanted pikmin merch as a kid, but couldn't get any. a big reason i started doing clay art when i was young was to make my own pikmin figurines (roughly to scale)

had this idea for months
i have decided to be a webcomic artist today
ur polymer clay stuff is so cool and well made! I've just started using it for the first time and my first use of sculpey went. poorly. and burnt despite following the package instructions, have you had this happen and if so how did you fix it? thanks!
i'm happy you're trying clay art! there are multiple types of sculpey. I use sculpey III, which cooks for 15 minutes per quarter of an inch at the thickest point of the model at 275 fahrenheit. as for the burning, it's gonna depend on a lot of factors. first of all, the surface you're cooking on. if you put the clay in the oven on a dark tray it will take in more heat. use a clear casserole dish or a plain white floor tile. second, make sure the clay you are baking is not placed too close to the heat element in the oven, put it on a middle shelf. if that still doesn't work, try covering the item(s) with tin foil. let me know if any of this advice helps! good luck
