Two things to know about Uranium glass:

1. It only glows like that when exposed to UV light-- the above photos are all taken with blacklights shining on the displays.

2. While it does, technically, emit harmful radiation, it’s a very small amount and you’re more in danger from the black light than the object itself. Your smoke detector also emits the same radiation. You can drink out of glasses made from Uranium glass and it will have no effect on you whatsoever.

Also, it’s not radioactivity that makes it glow! Simple chemistry-- other, non-radioactive things do it too, and Uranium glass can be made with depleted Uranium and still glow.

It is still produced today-- there is nothing illegal about it-- but afaik they don’t make dinnerware anymore, just decorative things.
