New oc! Her name is Dusk

Her powers are basically like electricity, and she can enchant anything to move, light up, and do any other technology sort of thing. There also isn't any technology in this world so it's very useful.

However, it took a lot of studying and practice to be able to use those powers correctly. Otherwise she'd get rich kinda easily😭

She's also not 100% skilled with her powers, but they're still quite interesting to others since magic is very rare.
