Sorry but I canNOT get Brokebacknatural out of my head.

The year is 2005, and Dean Winchester is 26. There’s this new movie about cowboys playing in theaters called Brokeback Mountain, and John is out again and hey, who knows when the next time he’ll get any free time will be?

So he goes to the movie and everything is normal at first, until it’s not. Jack and Ennis, the two attractive main characters, they get drunk. They start to flirt. Someone in the row in front of Dean says a slur; he sits stock-still in his seat as the two cowboys start to have sex, as the man on the row in front of him stands up to leave, and several other people follow, and Sean wonders if he should be leaving, too— but hey, he’s already paid for the ticket, so he might as well stay to see what happens next, right? It’s still a cowboys movie. He loves cowboys.

The movie goes on. Jack and Ennis fight, and they end their time on Brokeback Mountain on a sour note. Jack keeps one of Ennis’s shirts, and the two men move on to live their separate heterosexual lives. Jack dies, and Ennis finds the shirt he thought he’d lost, back to Jen they were on Brokeback Mountain. Dean is seated in a half-empty theater, glued to the seat without even realizing it. He sits through the rest of the movie, not making a single sound. He walks out of the theater dazed, a far-off, watery look in his eyes, and manages to make it back into his car before crying.

He thinks about the movie, about Jack’s premature death. He thinks about cowboys. He thinks about the man who said slurs in the theater. He thinks about what expression John would make if he found him like this, and he thinks about his first solo hunt on his 17th birthday, and the ghosts of the lesbian nuns. He thinks about Jack and Ennis, and wonders whether a happy ending would ever be possible for a person like him.

Years later, when Cas dies, Dean keep his jacket. And then Tombstone. Flwjattt the fuck
