I'm pretty open to requests. Gifs of specific characters, screenshots, specific textures, etc. The biggest limitation is that I don't currently have my own working computer, so I can only do gamecube and wii RE games in a timely manner because I emulate them on my phone. I can also do Revelations 2 screenshots but not gifs because I have it on my switch and it doesn't let me screen record. For Village, RE2R, and RE4R (as well as og RE4 mods that are only for PC) I'm sporadically able to play when my awesome sibling lets me borrow their computer, so I can do requests for those games, it's just that you're likely going to be waiting months before I can get around to it.
Generally I really don't like blocking people, but there's exceptions.
• If you block my main blog, I will block you from this side blog because I don't like that you're able to reblog posts from this blog with tags I can't even see without copying the post link and viewing it logged out. (Which I feel like I shouldn't have to say, but I've had two different people I've never interacted with block my main and then start reblogging posts from here, so apparently that's a thing people do for some reason!!) Unblock my main and just like a random post or something so I notice and I will unblock you here. My only issue is losing the ability to see what people are adding to my posts, if that's resolved we're cool.
• I won't ever block solely over opinions/disagreements/etc. If you reblog a gifset of mine with characters I don't ship and view as platonic and tag it with the ship name, I don't care. If I make an analysis post and you reblog/reply respectfully disagreeing, not a problem at all. But if you're not going to engage in good faith, I'll block.

haven't done a ton of writing lately, so I've got quite a few WIP mods and some of Dog Years chapter 3. super fuck ass Luis hair bun styles because editing hair models is hard and some pride themed outfit textures

“Hey, there's an injection mark here,” The agent looking at him says to another one, like Leon isn't even there. “So I guess we can add administering a bioweapon on a living subject to his charges, or is it a different charge because he used it on himself? Can't remember.”
“We can worry about the bureaucracy later, for now let's just focus on him getting him somewhere secure ASAP before he starts turning.”
“I'm not going to turn,” Leon chimes in. “Elpis isn't a fucking virus, it's a cure. I had late stage T-Virus, all the symptoms, after the Elpis injection I was fine. Nothing's going to happen.”
“You don't know that. Could be that whatever it is just cleared out the T-Virus so it could set up shop and you're just on borrowed time and you'll start getting sick again any minute. We're not going to take risks just because you tell us that you feel okay and think the random thing made by Umbrella you injected yourself with was a cure. You'll be treated as an imminent threat unless we find a reason to believe you.”
Leon gets to ride in the back of a reinforced truck, sandwiched between two armed wolves, of course.
“I hope Chris is wherever the hell you're taking me, because I've got some questions for him.”
The agents are back to ignoring him.
When they finally make it to the BSAA facility, there's some confusion and bickering. One wants to take him to an interrogation room to wait for Captain Redfield, the others argue the interrogation rooms aren't considered strong and secure enough to hold B.O.W.’s which they're treating Leon as for the time being, so he needs to go down in a maximum security holding cell. The one in favor of the interrogation room quickly backs down and Leon gets escorted down a maze of a hallway, down in an elevator, and then through another maze that has multiple checkpoints where his escorts have to scan badges and use keys to open doors.
Finally Leon gets down to what's going to be his new home. It seems the BSAA was ill prepared for a situation like this. With the height of the ceiling and lack of furniture beyond a toilet in a corner, Leon suspects that this is a cell that's only ever been intended for actual monsters, not people like Leon who are still, well, people, but considered too much of a risk to put up in another cell with more comforts.
“Just when I thought I couldn't feel any more unwelcome from being in cuffs and ignored, you found a way to get there by throwing me into a room where I'll be sleeping on a concrete floor,” It's an actual complaint, but Leon wants to keep things light and not piss anyone off too badly right now, until he talks to someone in charge and gets a better idea of what's going on. “Am I going to be eating food poured on the floor? This still isn't as bad as some of the accommodations the military has put me up in.”
“We have someone grabbing a cot and some bedding to bring down here right now. And of course clean clothing and towels so you can shower. We can also have a meal brought down now if you're getting hungry,” Now the agent's voice is softer. “We're doing what we think is right and necessary to keep people safe, but we don't want to be cruel to you.”
This adds some fuel to Leon's optimistic theory that what's happening to him isn't entirely above board. They didn't seem concerned about being cruel before, it's only now that they're in a heavily monitored facility in a room lined with cameras that they're suddenly worried about his comfort and needs. Clearly they had some permission because no one objected to him being brought in, but he wouldn't be surprised if the way they went about his arrest and transport wasn't entirely legit.
“Not hungry, and not really in the mood to take a shower when I'm visible through a giant glass wall and have three cameras watching me. But I wouldn't mind a med injector or some herbs. Or a can or two of first aid spray if I'm too dangerous to be allowed to touch anything with a needle.”
“We already plan to send someone in to assess you condition regarding infection, but I'll tell them you also have wounds that need treatment.”
Leon sits down on the floor. Eventually a couple people come in. Like the other agent mentioned, they set up a cot for him. As well as a folding table and chairs, and one leaves for a moment before coming back in with a ladder to put up some blinds blocking the glass. Leon actually is a little bit impressed that they're bothering to give him privacy. Not real privacy since there's still the security cameras, but still, covering the glass will certainly make him feel like he has more privacy. They end up setting down a tray of food and clean clothes and towels on the table before leaving. Which Leon ignores. Even with the blinds, he still isn't in the mood to shower, and he feels too on edge about his situation to have much of an appetite.
He continues to sit on the floor, despite the new furniture. Probably some of his stubbornness, refusing to accept anything the BSAA offers him. Someone comes back eventually, trying to convince him to eat and get himself cleaned up before someone comes in to draw blood and look at his wounds.
“Look, I'm not cooperating with anything else until I get a little chat with Chris and some confirmation that you didn't just fucking kidnap me out of the blue. Not going to let anyone poke and prod at me until then. Get his ass in here and I'll eat and be a good boy and let someone draw blood, but until then I'm not going to make anything easy.”
“You don't need to keep reminding me that you want Chris, I heard you the first dozen times,” The agent still isn't being as cold and impatient as he was back in the camp, but his new patience is beginning to wear thin and there's less gentleness in his tone. But Leon isn't going to give in. He won't try to escape or fight, but he's not going to enthusiastically cooperate and do everything he's told without getting some real answers about his situation, like the legality of his arrest and what the hell is going to happen to him now that he is locked up in a high security BSAA cell. And Chris is the only person who Leon thinks would actually give him some straight answers, and, if Leon's (unlikely) theory that the Hound Wolf Squad may have been going rogue and arrested Leon without proper orders turns out to be true, get him released from custody. “I have talked to the captain. He knows you're here, and he knows that you really want to talk to him. He said he'll come here to talk as soon as he's able to, but it's going to be a while– right now he's on his way into Raccoon City because he wants to do a walk through and get a look at the site with his own eyes ASAP. So you'll be waiting a long time if you're really going to hold out for him.”
“Yeah, I'm sure he'll take his time. But I'm stubborn enough to outlast him.”

[this is my first public RE4R mod but I did play test all of chapter 11 and several of the Luis scenes in Separate Ways and Mercenaries and haven't run into any issues with it so should be good to go. pride classic vest outfit will be the next one I publish, the vest mod itself is done and looks great in the model viewer but I haven't been able to play test it and make sure there's no issues + take a good sample of screenshots yet.]
Serennedy Pride Weekend Day Two: Face Paint / Pride Walk 🏳️🌈
I know I'm a day late, my work schedule this month has been ridiculous and this is my first day off in 6 days and the precious little free time I have had was spent just teaching myself how the fuck to edit RE Engine character mdfs and textures (Leon was surprisingly easy and Luis's clothes were easy, but Luis's face is a bitch...) so today was my first day where I finally knew how to do what I wanted to and had a decent chunk of time to do it. And it's still lacking. I wanted to put the face paint textures up on nexus mods too, but there's this weird issue where in some scenes Luis's face paint will just fade away for a few seconds and I don't have enough time to figure out how to fix that rn :/ so for now it's still just the pride Luis jacket able to be downloaded, but eventually I do want to put up all the RE4R pride textures I've already done and a few more I have ideas for.
but, other than the random fading away issue, I do really like how these turned out overall and I'm glad I was able to get one last minute thing done for at least one prompt because I REALLY wanted to do stuff snd had ideas for all three, but 3 coworkers quitting a month ago meant it just wasn't feasible for me to do so much 😭 MAYBE I'll try to pull another last minute/late thing tomorrow after work if it doesn't kick my ass...

At some point next month I'll organize this blog better with more consistent tags, updating the masterlists, etc. Also try to post more consistently of course, need to strike while the iron is hot with some more Claire and Steve stuff. Just haven't had the time or energy for much while working 6 days a week but we have a couple new people starting next month so my schedule will finally lighten a little bit.
I finally figured out how to rip/convert RE engine game textures to formats that can be edited and then convert them back to the right format and pack them to be used with Fluffy mod manager!

If, and this is a big if, I have time this month I'll try to at least make some pride themed outfit edit mods for RE4R since I did pride textures for the original game last year.

I accidentally cropped the bottom a little bit while I was putting it on a different background and didn't notice until it was way too late to fix oops... (it was a lot easier to completely remove the background and then put it over a brand new color matched background than it would have been to manually fix the existing background.)
