"I don’t know," he shrugged. "Are you hungry? Or maybe you want to play one of the games. We could try and win a prize!" he smiled at her. She looked so happy, smiling as she swung their arms back and forth.

He leaned over and gave her a kiss on her cheek. “I’m just happy to be here with you, so let’s do whatever you want.”

"I'm not very good at those kinds of games.." Annie mused, looking to the side

"But..maybe you are?" she smiled back towards Armin. What a perfect date, to have the boy win a cute stuffed animal for his girlfriend. The thought of it caused Annie's smile to widen.

[Text]: Hi Annie, I just wanted you to know I was thinking about you and wish we could snuggle on the couch right now. <3

[Text]: I've been thinking about you while at work too, I was even yelled at for daydreaming x.x

reiner wanted to go and bertholdt just was like ‘ok. ill go if you go. i guess…’ annie doesnt want to go at all. she thinks its boring. reiner says he bets the REAL reason is that shes too scared, and she takes this as a challenge and they all go in together

"Alright," Armin said. "That’s a good point," he blushed feeling embarrassed that he had rushed into things with her. "Maybe we could go say hi to everyone," he suggested.

"I was hoping to see Eren but I doubt he’s helping with anything," Armin sighed. Eren was causing so many problems lately. Armin shook his head and squeezed Annie’s hand. "Let head towards the booths," he said with a smile.

Annie nodded as they neared the many aisles of booths set in front of the school. She stood still and took a deep breath, inhaling through her nose. All the smells of the festival made Annie smile. The scent running water from the fish catching game and foods from the various booths.

"Where do you want to go first, Armin?" Annie smiled, swinging their arms back and forth.

"I mean, whenever you feel the time is right" Annie moved one of her hands up to scratch the back of her head. Her other hand in Armin’s shook, why was she so nervous?

"Sure, we can look through the festival before I have to report for the track meet" Annie nodded, letting Armin lead the way.

"Oh…ok," he smiled and held her hand tightly. "I-I guess I just wasn’t sure who we’d see at the festival, so I wanted to give to you early when we were alone," he said. "But maybe it would be better to be surprised and have you wait…" he pondered aloud.

"Yeah! I bet some of our friends are doing cool things," he said excitedly. "Do you know what Reiner and Bertholdt are doing for it?" he asked.

"We can always wait until we're alone after the festival" Annie mentioned

"I hear Bertholdt is doing something with the Literary club" she thought out loud.

"I don't know what Reiner is doing."

[Text]: Armin. Are you at the library?

[Text]: I am, I’m working today. How are you Annie? <3

[Text]: Annie, it’s okay! Her name is Ti. She’s in class with me. You have nothing to worry about, alright?

[Text]: ...Alright.

Is what Annie should have sent, she deleted her message and quickly turned around from the direction of her house.

[Text]: Ti? I haven't heard of her before? You've been in class with her?

[Text]: Armin. Are you at the library?

[Text]: I am, I’m working today. How are you Annie? <3

[Text]: I’m alright, no need to worry. I’m helping a girl from my history class study. Why?

[Text]: You're helping a girl? Who is the girl? What's her name? How long have you know her?

[Text]: Armin. Are you at the library?

[Text]: I am, I’m working today. How are you Annie? <3

[Text]: Alright. A cold wind just sent a shiver down my spine. I wanted to make sure you were alright. You're just alone at your desk, right?

"Oh…w-we can wait if you want," he said nervously. Perhaps he had jumped the gun and maybe she wanted to wait. He was just so nervous about what she would think.

"Would you rather head to the festival first?" he asked, snaking his fingers with hers, holding her hand.

"Annie!" he waved back with a smile on his face. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her cheek back. "I’m so happy to see you," he said. "And I’m happy it’s the festival!"

"Of course I’ll come to the track meet! I’d love to see you run," he said giving her a kiss again. "I’ll cheer for you the whole time," he smiled.

"I also…wanted to give you something," he said shakily. He was nervous she wouldn’t like it.

"Huh?" Annie tilted her head, holding her hands in Armin's "You want to give it to me now?" a bright smile appeared on her face, she could hardly contain herself. If she had to wait any longer she might explode, even though Annie thought Armin might have wanted to give her the gift at the festival.

//So I recently got 100 Followers and soooo I decided to sing a song to say thank you xDD (I did this on my Eren blog too) I actually hate this original song but Sam Tsui and Alex Goot did an acoustic version that is just amazing, so that’s kind of my inspiration xD!? Idk. I also wanted to do something that felt appropriate for Armin and he’s developed and changed a lot as a character so I thought this was kind of a cool idea. LAWL my silly thoughts XD Anyway, thank you guys for following and listening and what not. Yay!

"Oh." Annie looked up from her phone to see Armin walking just a bit ahead of her as they both headed towards the library.

"Armin!" Annie called out, waving as she jogged towards him. At least they didn't have to wait for each other at the library now. As soon as Annie caught up, she wrapped her arms around Armin and kissed his cheek.

Annie's body shook with excitement as she held onto her boyfriend, what did he have to give her?

"Oh, are you going to come to the track meet at the festival? I'm going to be running"

Text: Hi Annie! The festival start this afternoon. Do you want to meet somewhere after school ^_^?

[Text]: Sure.

Annie sent the rather short message quickly. Today was the day that Armin said he was going to give her something, ever since he told her, Annie has been distracted by what it could be. Perhaps she should send a longer message, Annie thought.

[Text]: I’ll meet you at the library?
