The Netherlands Team that I spent wayyyyy too long procrastinating on.
Hey, @loudlyverysilent , I’m so sorry for the long wait. I’m gonna not to go with the normal format for this, instead I’m doing three regulars and their manager and/or denmother. Hope you don’t mind the change!! I did end up deciding on an all-female, offense-based team. Julia is the commander,
Bey: Julia uses a Doll Serpent, a very feminine-looking Attack type bey. Serpent has “fangs”, or sharp edges on its fusion wheel, making attacking it very difficult. Serpent’s main weakness would have to be an attack from below by a shorter bey or a battle where it’s not capable of attacking. Despite its low stamina, its very good with raw power. Serpent’s special move is called “Bite Stroke”, and it’s Serpent’s spirit sinking it’s fangs into the spirit(animal, whatever you want I call it) of the other bey.
Appearance: Julia is a ginger with green eyes. She keeps her hair up in a neat, tight bun. The way she dresses can be described as “Trendy” or “girly”.
Personality: Julia is by far one of the most feminine and traditionally “female” bladers in the whole Championship. She’s stubborn, practically makeup-addicted, and surprisingly domestic.
Bey: Tess uses a Draco Perseus. It’s the closest bey to L-drago in terms its mechanics, having originated in the same place. Though this mysterious bey doesn’t suck away it’s enemy’s power, it is reverse-rotation and is more than capable of destroying its opponents with high offensive power. Sleep-outs are its main weakness, though they’re difficult to achieve, considering Perseus’s ability to attack fairly quickly without standing in one place for long. Its colors are red, white, black, and dark blue.
Appearance: Tess keeps her blue hair in two braids on either side of her head. She wears an earring with the face of a dragon on it on one ear, and another with Perseus the hero’s sword on the other. She dresses in whatever is suitable for her current adventures, usually being very comfortable.
Personality: Tess really doesn’t talk much. The other two team members didn’t even know they had a third regular until she was needed in the second round, as they’d been able to handle their first opponents—the Mongolian team—themselves. She doesn’t stay in the same hotels as the others, doesn’t go out with them. She’s a very distant person and not much is know about her.
Bey: Aya uses a Snow Cyrus(swan). Cyrus is a colorful attack-type bey with what Aya refers to as a “beak” on one piece of its spin track. It’s a sharp edge, rarely found on a bey. The only reason they never went against Gan Gan Galaxy is because Argo Garcia was able to actually crush this beak in the B-block’s second to last round. Besides that, parts of its fusion wheel are made of crystals, making them reflective to sunlight. When battle during the day, it can actually blind another blader momentarily so they can’t see what’s going on in the battle without straining their eyes, this opens an opportunity for attack. The colors are orange, green, pink, red, yellow, black, and blue.
Appearance: Aya is a tall, ash-blonde girl who keeps her hair in pigtails. She, like Tess, wears whatever is comfortable for where she’s going, not caring much about how feminine she looks, though she does enjoy wearing jewelry and makeup.
Personality: Aya gets easily agitated, especially with Tess’s distant personality. She’s a very upfront person and has the same expectation of others, really not liking secrets and distance between friends.
Bey: [N/A, Cornelia doesn’t blade very often anymore]
Appearance: Cornelia is short for her age with white-blonde hair. She keeps it in a messy bun on top of her head while she’s working with the others and battling, just to conveniently keep it out of her face. Her eyes are blue. She dresses simply, a tank top and jeans along with vaguely new-looking sneakers.
Personality: Cornelia is a very maternal person. She took the team under her wing almost immeaidately—well, Tess was a lost cause, but she attempted—and has been training them since. She loves her job as team manager and wouldn’t give it up for the world.
