Some UsaMex to please me:
Working in the army can be pretty tough, it was not new, and pretty often, usa would come back with a few injuries. Which would make Mexico freak out, but well hidden behind a harsh behaviour towards his man.
But oh gosh. He was so worried about that idiot.
And now, he was watching him packing his stuff inside his car, watching him from afar, near the front door. Mexico was deeply anxious. "What if" was the main sentence inside his brain.
Please come back healthy this time.
As usa came back to take his last package, telling goodbye to his lover. Mexico couldn't hold it any longer. He went behind usa and hugged him, making the taller one gasp of surprise.
"Please... stay a bit more..."
Was that selfish? Not really. Usa smiled like an idiot but quickly composed himself. He was not used to such gentle behaviour from Mexico, he could feel his heart flustered. In a kind gesture, he had placed his hands over Mexico's caressing them in a gentle way.
Mexico knew it and he was not happy about it. Stupid work. Why did it has to be like that anyway?
Mexico sighed. Usa cooperated. He had turned his body to hug his future husband. He would not tell him directly, but, he loved when Mexico was a softy to him. It was... Lovely.
But everything went wrong when usa felt Mexico shaking and making noises between his arms. He looked down. Crying? Oh yeah, something usa was used to this time. He went a bit down to hug his man tightly.
It had taken a moment to calm him down, but finally, Mexico was more calm. Letting go of his boyfriend. He softly smiled, as usa helped him whipping his tears.
"I will be back as fast as possible..."
"I know... I just... be careful please.."
"It's okay, babe. I will be."
Usa gently kissed his head and then his lips. Finally Mexico fully let go of him. He knew usa couldn't come back so fast, but secretly hoping it would happen.
Mexico was waving his hand as usa drove away from his house. This felt strangely odd and hurtful, but at least he had shirt smelling like usa to comfort on. He stayed there for a moment before coming back inside.
During that specific moment, at the beginning, Mexico was thinking about one of his childhood memory he absolutely despise. When usa had to broke up with him, that's why he became clingy out of nowhere.
Mexico loves when usa calls him babe.
