this has been annoying the absolute shit out of me, and people keeping talking about it, so lets talk about it: Nick Nelson reitirating that he is Bisexual is a necessity. It is literally him correcting people on HIS sexuality because others keep stating he is gay because he's in a relationship with someone of the same gender. It's not "cringe", it's not "stupid", its necessary. When you are part of the LGBTQ+ community you literally do not ever stop coming out. This is especially true in situations like Nick's - everyone automatically assumes that he is gay because he's with Charlie; he goes no, I'm Bi actually - because he is.

It'd be like someone assuming you were straight because you were with someone of the opposite gender, or gay/lesbian because you were with someone of the same gender.

He quite literally does not get to stop coming out, because other people are making assumptions and he is correcting those assumptions.

Say you're biphobic and fuck off.

What I love about this scene is not just how casual and open they are with being gay, that theres no need to hide their queerness in this universe

But its also Jespers hand on Wylans neck, something given his past could be a massive trigger for him, but he feels so completely safe with Jesper he can just enjoy the moment

I think Inej and Kaz have a beautiful, non sexual relationship. I don't think either of them would be open to that type of intimacy, and their relationship is built on trust and understanding. The reason I say their not open to that intimacy is because of both their backstories with touch

Inej has been through so much, and I don't think it's highlighted enough in the show, except when Amita Suman shows it, because she is an amazing person who actually cares about Inej's backstory, and demonstrates in in beautiful ways.(like in the deleted scene with kit young and her pouring their hearts out on the scene and perfectly capturing everything that represents their backstory and family like relationship) Inej has not only been through sexual harassment, but also slavery, rape, and objectification. No one really realises how much it can impact your life, your emotional state, your mental state, and how you react to touch.(Even when it's loving) And yet she manages to stay strong. She is the heart and hope of the crows, even when she's struggling herself. She is the true main character of the show, and she's honestly an amazing character overall

Now Kaz. We can clearly see how he is touch averse. He wears gloves, lets no one touch him, except on very rare occasions, and some of it is non consensual. He can't handle touch well, because he had to use his dead brother as a float to survive. ( of whom the body was dead and covered in firepox) He would not have be open to that intimacy because it reminds him of that time and he would not recover from that at all.

Overall, what i'm trying to say, is that Kanej is not a relationship built on intimacy and more built on trust and respect, because that is what fits their characters, it's what works for them. I refuse to believe that there is any sexual intimacy in it. I'm asexual myself, and I can relate to not wanting the feeling of that intimacy, and the aversion to it, with Kanej being a beautiful, non sexual relationship
