who cooks normally?: Katniss does. She’s used to cooking for her family and when she’s in the woods. Madge is not much of a cook.
how often do they fight?: They don’t fight too often. They get along quite well, and they respect each other.
what do they do when they’re away from each other?: Madge is playing the piano and doing whatever she can to soothe her mother’s horrible headaches. Katniss is either hunting in the woods or she’s taking care of her own family.

who is more likely to pay for dinner?: Madge is, but Katniss prefers making dinner for Madge herself.
who steals the covers at night?: Katniss does!
what would they get each other for gifts?: Madge gave Katniss her the Mockingjay pin, regardless Madge would give Katniss a gift that had meaning. Katniss likes to bring Madge strawberries, and if she’s lucky enough to get it, she’ll give her chocolate sweets as well.
who kissed who first?: Madge kissed Katniss first. On the cheek. Katniss was the first to kiss Madge on the lips.
who made the first move?: Madge made the first move. She’s a little more confident in her feelings.
who remembers things?: They’re both pretty good at remembering things
who started the relationship?: Madge started it because Katniss is afraid to be in a relationship while the Hunger Games are still going on.

what would they do if the other one was hurt?: Madge would do whatever she could to heal Katniss. And Katniss would probably shoot someone with an arrow… and then do whatever she could to heal Madge.
