Just want you to know that that weird bird thing was in my dream last night. I was at the zoo and there were a ton of them there just freaking me out. 10/10 design no notes

I need to know your thoughts on Eggers upcoming werwulf movie 👀

I have no expectations whatsoever but I like Eggers as a director so I'm probably gonna go watch it.

I don't really have any specific things that I want out of a werewolf movie. At this point, I just want an entertaining movie with interesting ideas, and you have no idea how hard that is to find in the werewolf movie genre

A bit late for this, but was an inspiration for the cuckoo vampire the barreleye?

I was thinking of what other creatures live in very dark areas that aren't bats and my first thought was deep sea fish, so I wanted to have vampires lean more towards that to look more alien/inhuman. I also wanted to push a certain aspect of vampires which is their power of hypnotism and staring at things, so I kinda just connected that and the way barrel eye fishes looked.

Dust n Dread just had it's second birthday and I couldn't stop thinking abt my boys so free real estate for @leslekieuart :)

had to go traditional because my computer DIED. But it's getting fixed so it's fine lol, plus it was fun to go back to my roots :3

My boys 💖 tried a couple of new drawing techniques with them and I like how they turned out :D

I had fun w this one, I call it "unraveling" :3 I had so many emotions for Clayton after ghost train wrapped up...imagine being a reanimated corpse against your will and losing your humanity while also having some sembleance of yourself in there somewhere. And other people will always see the former first. Cringe.

Also I didn't realize until it was too late that I was using a glitter gel pen for the bug details soooo clay just gets the diva centipedes ig LOL ✨️

This one was a bad attempt at covering up an even worse attempt at a werewolf holt done in marker LOL. I begrudgingly do like holt's sad eye and hair swoop tho.

This oneeee is because i have plans for an animatic of these two with Orbiter by Noah Kahan stuck in my head that I need to do but I CAN'T!!! BECAUSE MY COMPUTER BLEW UP!!! So for now we settle for a small taste of what's to come. Plus I like how the moon turned out :3

Can you believe it's been two years since the first comic posted on the Dust n' Dread website? I certainly don't!

The past two years has been an absolute blast working on this comic…
