Headcanon that Olruggio files excessive indecent report forms. This is for two reasons. 1. So that nobody can claim that he isnt objective when it comes to his best friend(cough husband cough) and 2. So that when something serious does happen no one reads the report. Because oh what happened this time? A scraped knee? A single sneeze? Someone got soaked with water? He answers all questions about this behavior with 'what are you a cop?'

The design is based on the concept of fasciation (abnormal growth) in flowers, and was inspired by these amazing designs by feefal!
