this is my personal view but with the rise of all these apps for us to showcase aspects of ourselves our style our face our opinions on books movies shows playlists instagram twitter tumblr tiktok letterboxd goodreads spotify I feel as if every single aspect of one’s personality has to be cohesive we must showcase that we have good taste we read good books we watch good movies everything we do is up to some weird standard idk it feels like everything we do has to be digestable to other people and we are all putting on silly hats everyday and putting on a show like we have to have opinions on everything those opinions must somehow be linked to how we dress and what music we listen to the point where we have people being so fearful of being seen as having bad taste or being seen enjoying something that isn’t well liked idk man this is a lot I just feel like we weren’t meant to live these weird curated lives like existing liking weird ass music and bad movies with no plot like what must we even market ourselves to be desireable and like perfect in every aspect

Also Muslims are not a minority. 250 million is not a minority number at all.

The actual minorities are Parsis, Jains, Buddhists and Sikhs whose population is less than 1 percent but ironically they never play the minority victim card anywhere and contribute immensely to the country as a community unlike Muslims.

I just saw a video where this guy was explaining a pattern in Hindu history/Civilization and it absolutely blew my mind. It's a little long but it truly is amazing.

He said whenever Hinduism went through its weakest phase, somebody came and restored it.

In 200 BCE, Mauryan Empire was collapsing and people were losing their attachment to Hinduism and our traditions. Then came Pushwamitra Sangha of the Sangha Dynasty and restored our Vedic traditions and rituals helping Hinduism rise again.

In the 8th century, people stopped going to temples and had more faith in Buddhism then in Hinduism and then came out Adi Shankaracharya. He traveled through the entire country, defeating every scholar who was against Hinduism and his weapons were logic and Upanishads. Hinduism rose again.

In the 17th century, it was the Mughals. Forced conversions, destroying our temples, burning our universities etc. Then came Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with his vision of Hindavi Swarajya and stood against the Mughals and their atrocities.

After Independence, it was the Congress. Slowly destroying us calculatedly. Glorifying Mughals, anti Hindu propaganda in movies, trying to frame Hindus for terrorist attacks, Rahul Gandhi saying Hindu groups are more dangerous than terrorist groups. Then rose a chaiwala from Gujarat. He stood on global stage and said I am proud to be a Hindu and Hinduism rose again.

I do believe that this is what Bhagwan Krishna meant when he said "Yada Yada hi dharmasya glanir bhavati Bharata..."

Whenever there is a decline of dharma, I will descend Myself to annihilate the adharmic ones and to re-establish dharma itself.
