24. A picture I had forgotten to share with you all...Â
I had seen this magnificent creature on my way home. I would like to believe it is a good omen after the tragic events that transpired.Â
23.
Forgive me if I find myself unable to finish this final update.Â
Michael Szemioth has not been seen since the wedding yesterday. Police, the castle servants, the village, everybody has been looking for him.Â
You might find yourself asking why?
Michael Szemioth is the main suspect in a murder...Â
The murder of none other than his beloved, Julienne. She was found this morning... Her throat was slit, her body completely mauled, in a way where her insides were visible. The bedroom that was once pure and white was now covered in a dark red. I could only look upon the body of Julienne for so long before I felt the need to empty the contents of my stomach. Even thinking about it now...Â
Michael Szemioth, if you are out there... I only pray that you did not murder Julienne.Â
22. A warning
This next entry is graphic, and I know some of you need to know that before-hand. Please continue reading with caution.Â
21. On that fateful day...
The wedding started in a terrible manner. The groom and the betrothed were missing. I had heard the Michael went to fetch his bride.
Soon enough, the pianist started to play, signaling the arrival of Michael and Julienne. The crowd was grateful, and myself even more so, as I could not stand being here any longer. Now hopefully things could end quickly and I could be on my way, as a short trip as this should have been turned into such a long and tiring week.Â
But like clock work, something else had happened. Michael’s mother, who was locked in her bedroom, had somehow escaped and came crashing down into the courtyard. She was screaming such horrible, graphic, things. Things that shouldn’t be repeated regarding Michael and his birth... She was promptly grabbed and forced away, but her damage was done, and the crowd grew anxious as time had passed, Szemioth even more so.Â
20. Just like clock work...
I’d like to thank everyone who has stayed with me as I documented this journey.Â
These next couple of entries are quite.... troublesome to document. For those still reading, you will see why.

17.
Almost as quickly as I heard them, the rumours were dispelled with news of Michael Szemioth’s wedding to Julienne, with preparations to begin with immediately.Â
I would say I feel moved by the passion between these two, to undergo such a huge part of their lives so quickly with each other, but honestly, I dread weddings.
They always bring out the worst in people.
14. A candid of the couple.Â
Her name was Julienne, and the two looked wonderful together.Â
She was a bit of a, well, child. She played pranks on almost all of us, in public where we were mocked viciously. Only a man as gentle as Michael Szemioth could be with such a savage woman.Â
11. Michael Szemioth could not hurt a fly. This man, a natural explorer, ruggedly handsome with charming wits, helped a hag - Excuse me, an old woman, who I would’ve easily blew off as a beggar lost in the woods.Â
We were on our way to see a little... friend of his. There were rumours of Szemioth throughout the castle. That he has never married, never will, in fact he has never even had a lover. Some say he is gay, and honestly, I had thought the same when I met the man, but he has told me he’s had an object of affection recently, someone cute like a kitten, that you can just eat up. He painted a very beautiful picture of this lady, whereas I cannot wait to meet her.Â
10.
I am updating this because I had forgot to mention a particular story I heard, which is vital for what awaits this blog in the future.Â
Apparently, this area is brimming with bear sightings. It’s actually quite dangerous to be in the woods at night, which is almost impossible in this castle, as it is surrounded by nothing but that.Â
What’s most important, is that the Count’s mother herself was almost killed by a bear, being saved by a drunkard, coincidentally.Â
There were whispers throughout the castle that something more happened to the mother, however... None the less, the experience scarred her severely, and I learned that the savage women I had mentioned earlier was Michael Szemioth’s mother.
8. My first meeting with Szemioth
was actually not too bad. I expected a pompous arse for lack of a better term, but he wasn’t the savage that I had expected him to be at all. In fact, he was quite an intellectual, with a mind to almost match my own. Almost.Â
He did say he was having a series of headaches, as that is why he missed dinner. Ah well. I opted not to share my experience last night with the sir, I wouldn’t want to alarm him on what could’ve been my imagination.Â
6.
Okay, fix that Yelp review. I would actually give him 3.5 stars. The bed offered to me was very nice, a huge queen sized bed (But only for one man, woe is me! Just kidding, a prestigious Scholar such as I has no use for anyone to share a bed with.)
However, I couldn’t get a wink of sleep. I stayed up all night browsing on Reddit. There was something else that night, however...Â
I had heard a noise from outside, and when I looked, my window seemed relatively empty. I saw nothing but pure darkness, so nothing seemed out of the ordinary.Â
Until I heard another rustle.Â
I looked out again, and saw the moon casting a lovely light out onto the courtyard. Of course, this room was stationed above the courtyard, which was illuminated and very clear.Â
I shuddered to think upon what I had first seen.Â
5.
Dinner was particularly offending.Â
Michael Szemioth was not a good host, for he in fact did not bother to even show himself. The servants at the castle made many excuses for him, but it’s hard to fool a scholar.Â
If this was a Yelp review, i’d be sure to give 2 out of 5 stars. (The food was decent.)
4. The province of Szemioth was bigger than I expected, suitable for a count and a rather prosperous father. I couldn’t help but feel a sense of dread as I entered however. I assumed the sense of dread just came from the dreary weather...
I had nothing but praise for the welcoming, of course. Though there was a trivial matter... Almost as soon as I arrived, I was witness to a very disturbing incident. An older woman, gnashing and kicking as castle guards escorted her into the castle. I was about to ask the man who had helped me in about this, but he gave a look that emphasized caution.Â
2. A lost treasure found...
I had received a letter from a patron, Michael Szemioth, detailing the finding of a lost book of linguistics that his father had found. He had sent me a personal invitation to visit his home.
I naturally obliged.
1. “Miszka su Lokiu, Abu du tokiu.”
I have decided to document a recent... experience of mine on this blog site. As I sit at my computer now, I can’t help but feel the need to let people know of this. It is truly a terrifying tale, so I hope you allow me to accompany you on this journey we are about to undertake.Â
