Help a nonbinary Latinx bisexual with basic expenses
Hey everyone, I could really use some support right now. 🌱
I never thought I'd have to make a post like this, but I'm going through a really hard time right now financially, and it's starting to really take a toll on my mental health.
I’m 27, nonbinary, (she/they), Latinx, and bisexual, struggling to make ends meet. I’m about to start a teaching job! But school hasn’t started yet, and I don't expect to receive my first check for at least another month. I’m struggling to cover basic expenses like my phone bill, groceries, and occasionally, some marijuana for my mental health.
I’m also trying to decorate my classroom to create a welcoming space for my future students, but I don’t have the funds to make it happen. My partner, who is transmasc, can’t help me out financially right now as he is struggling too, so I’m reaching out to my community.
Literally anything you can contribute would mean the world to me as I navigate this tough spot and prepare for my students. 🙏✨
