1 banana
1 cup greens
½ cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

What It Takes To Get Six-Pack Abs.
first 5k race!!!
So I have signed up for my first 5k race. It’s on the 24th of July and it’s the colour run in Northampton. I am so so excited for this as I have finally plucked up the courage to sign up for and run my first 5k race (it took me almost a year to be ready to do this). I know it sounds silly cause it’s only 5k but considering last August I couldn’t even run 20 metres, 5k will be a massive achievement for me. I’m still doing this and with only a month to go its crazy how nervous I am for this. I mean I am confident I will be able to do it but I havent ran a proper race before so that’s why i am nervous! it would be fantastic if you could all support me in this.
Cardio/Strength Workout
Some days are better than others… Some day I struggle, some days I succeed. This quote kept me going today. I’ve been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories, and haven’t noticed any weightloss yet, which is definitely discouraging, but probably normal. For some reason, I that it’s working because my body feels better than it did before.
