Have you adopted any other behaviours alongside the hypno that you think have contributed to your bedwetting success? A hydration schedule or anything like that?

Hmm 🤔🤔 that's a good question. Honestly since I've started my bedwetting journey I've been conscious of my water intake and drinking more water throughout the day but especially at night. Nowadays I drink about 2 big glasses of water and some hot tea before I go to bed (w/ also including some of the hypno some nights)

Usually that will leave me waking up to a wet suprise most mornings now 😌🌅

P.S - also having the mentality of a bedwetter has been helpful to me psychologically retaining my brain to think like I'm a bedwetter now (if that makes sense) 😵‍💫

Did you ever have a night accident when you weren't wearing a diaper

Absolutely it happens

Because I don’t wet the bed every night there’s sometimes when I think “it’ll be fine to skip a diaper tonight” only to regret that the next morning when I’m washing my sheets 😂

this is me about two years ago in my college dorm when I wet the bed for the first time in a while 😬😬 thank goodness I didn’t have roommates 😂

Lets talk about leaking

The very first leak that doesn’t quite show on their pants yet but also makes them yelp and grab their crotch because its more serious than they thought

The first leak that actually SHOWS on their pants... a random person across the street wouldn’t know you peed a little yet, but someone whos a lot closer with you just might see.

Reluctantly removing their hands from the crotch to check if its noticable and in the process leaking more out

Leaks that are VERY MUCH VISABLE and that would probably clasify as “peeing your pants” but they havent completely lost control yet and are just barely hanging on, still trying to make it

The little gasps and moans they make every time they leak a bit

“Maybe if I just let a tiny bit out...” then proceeds to completely wet themself
