Self-love coaching

Hello lovies!

I’m going to starting coaching sessions for people. Ranging from self- love coaching, self-awareness coaching, relaxation/anxiety coaching, communications coaching, relationship coaching, time management coaching, etc.

I will be creating a website soon, and these sessions can be conducted even from afar— via phone call, Skype, etc.

I just wanted to put this out there for those of you who may need it. Also, if you have any questions about these or know any friends who you would like to refer to me, please reblog and tag them or reach out and let me know!

Lastly, if you feel like you are in trouble, need help further than just a coaching session, please call a mental health service line and/or schedule an appointment with your mental health specialist today. The US phone numbers for the suicide prevention and other hotlines are located on my “You’re beautiful” page, and if you are not in the US, please search your country’s help lines. You are a wonderful human, and you are worth it. This world is a better place because you are in it.
