you all remember Oaxis, right? butch hartman’s scam of a kickstarter for religious!netflix? well. in ths past 3 days, he’s overhauled his website. it used to be fairly long, had a good amount of detail in the dropdown, and even had a 2 minute trailer.
this is the ENTIRE website.
now if we f12 this, there’s some interesting stuff despite the fact this site has, like, nothing on it.
A). that dumbass somehow made his background half as small as it should be, so it has jpeg artifacts to hell and back
B). THE IMAGE SOURCE IS SQUARESPACE DOT COM.
in THREE years. all he has gotten done with his 250K. is make a squarespace dot com website.
HOWEVER. unused, but completely ready to go for when he activates the site past an email box:

if you delete the “hidden” in the shopping cart class, sure enough:
that’s a shopping cart, alright. he has done virtually nothing but ENSURES you will be able to give him cash.
now. possibly the most interesting part. there’s a “data test” section in all of this, which includes the “author”:
brian boyd. google searches reveal that this is not a placeholder name; whoever brian is, he set up the website for butch.
the site also has hosted brian’s profile picture. it’s inaccessible at first glance, although pretty darn easy to view if you know what you’re doing.
a reverse image search turns up three results, all for brian’s vimeo account, which consists of videos for a project to preserve tolkien’s house, and an amazon alexa playing Gospel Radio????
with this being a project for a christian-based streaming service, combined with the website, brian is definitely working for butch in some capacity.
TL;DR: butch has done virtually NOTHING since getting funded. he had some guy named brian set up a squarespace website, ensured it’d be REALLY easy to let people buy things, and moved on with his life of extorting people 200$ in commission money for traced art
