In a 12 cm screen, I see your world

Cranes, flamingos, herons, they all are there

I see your world through this smokescreen

I believe elephants are cute and panthers pet-able

The job I take, the food I intake, the Vaseline I buy

They all, I believe are my choice

The detergent, the healthy oat grain, Pepsi

They all are edible

The best eats nothing

I eat everything

They eat me up

My grapes are too sweet, my tomatoes too red

I love your products

You don't even buy them

Your world fits into my hands

Without the smokescreen I see, my world is in yours.

IF I WAS BASIL FROM THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY

Of all the things he did wrong, the very first thing I would have changed is admit that- "Dorian, bro I'm 6 feet deep gay for you."

"The art is the creator of beautiful things.

To reveal art and conceal the artist is art's aim."

He said these word himself but to be honest he couldn't even barely stick to them. He put so much of himself or to say precisely, so much of his love, into Dorian's portrait that the picture exchanged places with the actual person, creepy.

If I'd been at Basil's place, I must have done better to gate-keep my precious muse from a friend like Henry. That debauched human ruined my Dorian, my pretty Dorian. My Dorian who could have been so better and so lovable but Henry made a murderer out of him. And while Henry was at it, I must have come to Dorian's rescue much before if I loved him so much, much before Dorian got Henry's ideologies so deep in his head that he was to kill me, Me!

Imagine!! Dorian killed me in the book. The person who gifted him his beauty, the person who admired him so much as to paint him as if he was immortal. I loved him so much but he was only charmed- drawn in by that dandy Henry, who only taught him sin. Dorian couldn't see my simple approach and the light in my brush. Henry blinded him so. But If I was there, I would have out-lighted Henry's evil glory and brought back my Dorian to me. I would have at each step pulled Dorian away from Henry. If I loved him as dearly as Basil did in the first chapter. I would have done anything and everything to save him and myself from the tragic death.
