Thoughts go out to Abdelhak Nouri of Ajax, who collapsed during their friendly against Werder Bremem today. The game was called off after the incident in the second half. Ajax have confirmed he suffered from a cardiac arrhythmia and is now in a stable condition

UPDATE (13 July 2017): Ajax have confirmed it is with great sadness that Abdelhak Nouri has suffered serious and permanent brain damage following his collapse. He will travel to Amsterdam for treatment but the chances of him making a full recovery are low
